Upon the recommendation of the nomination committee of the Board, the Board, after deliberation, approved the nomination of Mr. Zhu Zhaojiang, Mr. Ye Weiqiang, Mr. Xiao Yonghui, Mr. Wang Haibin and Mr. Jiang Shuming as candidates for executive directors of the fourth Board of Directors, and the nomination of Mr. Chen Linrong, Ms. Huang Qiwen and Mr. Ma Sitian as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the fourth Board of Directors (collectively, the director candidates).
