On the news front, BeOne Medicines Ltd. announced key progress across multiple solid tumor programs at the 2026 ESMO Congress: the GPC3/4-1BB bispecific antibody achieved an ORR of 36% in Phase I for advanced liver cancer with an excellent safety profile; the PRMT5 inhibitor achieved an ORR of 38.5% in EGFR wild-type lung cancer, with an intracranial response rate of 30.8%; and the CEA ADC achieved an ORR of as high as 56% in patients with high-expression lung cancer.
