For the nine months ended 30 September 2026, the pre-sale amount of the Group, together with the Group's joint ventures and associates, and the Agile Projects totaled approximately RMB 4.89 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 27.34%, with a corresponding gross floor area of approximately 554,000 sq.m.; the average price was RMB 8,830 per sq.m.
