CDB LEASING (01606) enters into finance lease contracts for certain vehicles.
CDB LEASING (01606) announces that the Company, as lessor, and the lessee Shanghai Mingxing Automobile Service Co., Ltd. entered into the finance lease contract on October 9, 2026 (after trading hours), pursuant to which (i) the lessor agreed to purchase the leased assets from the lessee at a consideration of approximately RMB183 million, and (ii) the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets to the lessee for a lease term of 12 months (the Transaction).
CDB LEASING (01606) announces that the Company, as lessor, and the lessee, Shanghai Mingxing Automobile Service Co., Ltd., entered into the finance lease contract on October 9, 2026 (after trading hours), pursuant to which (i) the lessor agreed to purchase the leased assets from the lessee at a consideration of approximately RMB183 million, and (ii) the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets to the lessee for a lease term of 12 months (the Transaction).
The leased assets are certain vehicles located across various regions of China owned by the lessee under the finance lease contract. The total value of the leased assets was determined based on the bare vehicle prices and related taxes of the leased assets, and after the Company's internal appraisal process, at approximately RMB195 million in aggregate.
The finance lease contract was entered into by the Company in the ordinary and usual course of business. Entering into the finance lease contract is beneficial to increasing the Company's finance lease business income and is in line with the Company's business development strategy.
