CHINA PPT INV (00736) announces that on September 18, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company entered into seven separate subscription agreements with seven individual third parties. The Company has conditionally agreed to allot and issue, and the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe for, a total of 53.433 million subscription shares at a price of HK$0.188 per subscription share. The total of 53.433 million subscription shares represents approximately 16.67% of the existing issued shares as at the date of this announcement; and approximately 14.29% of the issued shares as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the subscription shares. The subscription price of HK$0.188 per subscription share represents a premium of approximately 5.6% over the closing price of HK$0.178 per share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on September 18, 2026 (Hong Kong time, being the date of the subscription agreements). The Company intends to apply the net proceeds from the placing to repay the Group's interest-bearing borrowings.
