CHINA ECOTOUR (01371) issues a positive profit alert, expecting annual profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$95 million to HK$105 million, turning from loss to profit year-on-year.

CHINA ECOTOUR (01371) announced that, compared with the loss attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$72.4 million recorded by the Group for the previous year, the Company expects to record a profit attributable to owners of the Company of between approximately HK$95 million and HK$105 million for the year ended 30 June 2026. The Board considers that the expected turnaround from loss to profit for the year is mainly attributable to a one-off gain of approximately HK$182.4 million recognised by the Group during the year ended 30 June 2026 from the derecognition of a financial liability arising from the issue of plan shares.
