MiniMax (00100) products MiniMax Agent, Hailuo AI, and MiniMax Audio have been included in this program through the Singtel AI Pass, providing supporting tools for local residents to learn and use AI.
On September 16, Singapore's Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) launched more than 200 AI courses and offered eligible learners a free six-month subscription to premium AI tools. Three MiniMax (00100) productsMiniMax Agent, Hailuo AI, and MiniMax Audiowere included in this program through the Singtel AI Pass, providing supporting tools for local residents to learn and use AI. According to the MySkillsFuture website, Singaporean citizens aged 18 and above who enroll in eligible AI courses can apply for one free subscription. Available services include ChatGPT Plus, Google AI Pro, Microsoft 365 Personal, and Singtel AI Pass, among others. The three MiniMax products, along with Manus AI, are included in the Singtel AI Pass package as Chinese AI-native applications. It is understood that the Singtel AI Pass is provided by Singtel Group, Singapore's largest mobile network operator and one of the highest-valued listed companies locally. Controlled by Temasek Holdings, its business covers telecommunications, enterprise technology services, and data centers. In October 2024, Singtel announced partnerships with AI Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, and the National University of Singapore to develop courses, with plans to provide AI skills training to more than 10,000 local Singtel employees in Singapore. In recent years, the Singaporean government has introduced multiple learning and career support services. SWDA partnered with the Singapore Institute of Technology to develop the AI Ready Quiz, helping the public assess their AI capabilities and receive course recommendations; the newly established Connect by SWDA center provides centralized career guidance, skills learning, and employment support. Singapore's Acting Minister for Manpower Jasmin Lau stated that the government hopes to make it easier for the public to learn, practice, and apply new skills to real tasks, gradually building confidence in using AI. These initiatives continue Singapore's policy direction of expanding AI adoption. In March this year, Singapore's Ministry of Digital Development and Information launched the "National AI Impact Programme," proposing to support 100,000 workers in mastering the ability to use AI in their jobs, and to help 10,000 enterprises deepen AI applications over the next three years. Related vocational training started with fields such as accounting and law, and is gradually expanding to human resources and other professions. As a partner in this package, MiniMax's self-developed multimodal models and AI-native applications have cumulatively served over 300 million individual users from more than 230 countries and regions, as well as 2 million enterprise customers and developers from over 100 countries and regions. This month, Saudi AI company HUMAIN released the Arabic-language model Humain-M3 developed based on MiniMax M3, and opened a research preview. Genspark simultaneously launched the Gen-1 model, which was trained via reinforcement learning based on M3, for its AI Slides presentation generation service. At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, promoting inclusive AI development through open source and openness, and improving the accessibility of AI technology and services, became a consensus. Chinese large model companies represented by MiniMax are supporting overseas enterprises in developing products adapted to specific languages and tasks through open-source models, while also cooperating with local institutions to provide application services for AI course learners. These cross-border collaborations have increased opportunities for overseas enterprises and ordinary users to develop and use AI, promoting AI benefits for more people. Model openness and cross-border application cooperation provide diverse pathways for Chinese AI companies to serve overseas developers and ordinary users, and the business growth of Chinese AI companies has already been reflected in revenue. According to disclosures at MiniMax's 2026 interim results meeting, in August this year, MiniMax's To B business revenue share reached approximately 80%, with enterprises and developers adopting models at a significantly accelerated pace. Internationalization remains an important feature of MiniMax's revenue structure, with overseas revenue accounting for approximately 60% in the first half of the year. More and more customers are beginning to use language, vision, and voice capabilities simultaneously, with M3 and H3 jointly driving model calls and ARR growth. As domestic models and AI applications continue to iterate, Chinese AI companies are expected to gain cooperation opportunities in more countries and industries, and further expand overseas markets based on their existing customer base and cooperation experience. More products entering local enterprises' business processes and individual users' daily use are also expected to drive model calls, enterprise procurement, and application subscription demand, providing support for the overseas revenue growth of Chinese AI companies.
