Fujian Expressway (600033.SH) announced that the company recently received a notification letter from its controlling shareholder, Fujian Provincial Expressway Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Expressway Group). The Provincial Expressway Group plans to increase its holdings of the company's A-shares through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shanghai Stock Exchange system within 12 months from the date of disclosure of this announcement. The total amount of the increase shall be no less than RMB 130 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 230 million, and the increase ratio shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital.
