GEEKPLUS-W (02590) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company was informed by Marcasite Gem Holdings Limited (Marcasite), a former shareholder of the Company, that Marcasite has sold 48.9154 million shares of the Company, representing approximately 4.78% of the total number of issued shares of the Company. Upon completion of the sale, Marcasite no longer holds any shares and ceases to be a shareholder of the Company.
