TRAVEL EXPERT (01235) announces that on September 16, 2026, in order to effectively utilize idle funds, the Company, through its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Sun Pillar Travel, subscribed for wealth management products issued by JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S. r.l., with an indicative principal amount of US$1,303,866.14 (approximately equivalent to HK$10,170,155.892), calculated based on the subscription of 73 units at a reference net asset value of US$17,861.18 per unit. The indicative principal amount will be adjusted based on the actual net asset value per unit at settlement.
