From the effective date, the company will have a dual primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. The S share designation will be removed from its Hong Kong Stock Exchange counters in Hong Kong dollars and renminbi starting September 1, 2026, following the primary conversion.
