RUIYUAN IC TECH (08249): Chengjie Zheng has resigned as Co-Company Secretary.
Ruiyuan Zhikong (08249) announced that Mr. Zheng Chengjie has resigned from (i) the position of joint company secretary of the Company; and (ii) the authorized representative of the Company as required by Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from August 26, 2026. Mr. Zheng will continue to serve as the authorized representative of the Company in Hong Kong for the receipt of legal documents under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong.
RUIYUAN IC TECH (08249) announced that Mr. Zheng Chengjie has resigned from (i) his position as co-company secretary of the company; and (ii) the authorized representative of the company as stipulated under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from August 26, 2026. Mr. Zheng will continue to serve as the authorized representative to receive legal documents on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong.
Another co-company secretary, Ms. Zou Jing, will continue as the sole company secretary of the company and will also be appointed as the authorized representative under the Listing Rules, effective from August 26, 2026. Mr. Zheng has been appointed as Ms. Zous alternate authorized representative under the Listing Rules, effective from August 26, 2026.
