GLOBAL BIO-CHEM (00809) appoints Xiao Zexian as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.

GLOBAL BIO-CHEM (00809) announced that, effective August 19, 2026, Mr. Wang Cheng has resigned as executive director and will no longer serve as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, member of the executive committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee, as well as the authorized representative of the company under Listing Rule 3.05. Mr. Xiao Zexian has been appointed as executive director, chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the executive committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee. On the same date, Mr. Wang Guicheng has resigned as executive director and general manager, and will no longer serve as chairman of the executive committee; Mr. Sha Yufeng has been appointed as executive director, general manager, chairman of the executive committee, and authorized representative of the company under Listing Rule 3.05; and Mr. Dai Yachun has been appointed as deputy general manager of the company.
