Reports indicate that in recent weeks, the company has been preparing for the launch of the Cybercab, including conducting test drives, arranging for employees to ride on private roads, and training local emergency personnel. Tesla, Inc. has informed employees that the plan is to first allow them to ride the Cybercab on public roads, followed by incorporating the vehicle into Austin's Robotaxi service within a few days. Tesla, Inc. currently has an internal target to launch the Cybercab to the public by the end of August, although the timeline may still be adjusted.
