CICC (03908) announced that, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission under document No. [2026] 154, China International Capital Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CICC" or "the Issuer") is authorized to publicly issue corporate bonds of no more than RMB 35 billion (including 35 billion) aimed at professional investors. According to the "Announcement on the Public Issuance of Short-Term Corporate Bonds (Phase I) to Professional Investors by China International Capital Corporation Limited in 2026" (hereinafter referred to as "the Issuance Announcement"), the issuance size of the short-term corporate bonds (Phase I) publicly issued by China International Capital Corporation Limited in 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "the bonds for this phase") is no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion), with an issuance price of 100 yuan per bond, using a pricing method based on inquiries and allocations to professional investors as stipulated in the "Management Measures for Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds" and relevant regulations. The issuance work for this phase of bonds concluded on August 14, 2026, and the results are as follows: The actual issuance size of Bond Type 1 is 1.4 billion yuan, with a final coupon rate of 1.49% and a subscription multiple of 6.02 times; the actual issuance size of Bond Type 2 is 1.9 billion yuan, with a final coupon rate of 1.50% and a subscription multiple of 5.28 times.
