Bank of Chongqing (01963) has completed the issuance of 3 billion yuan in special financial bonds for small and micro enterprises.
Chongqing Bank (01963) announced that, with the approval of the Peoples Bank of China, Chongqing Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") will conduct the book-building for its 2026 Small and Micro Enterprise Loan Special Financial Bonds (Phase I) (hereinafter referred to as "the Bonds") on August 11, 2026, and complete issuance by August 13, 2026. The Bonds are fixed-rate bonds with a three-year term, with an issuance scale of 3 billion yuan and a coupon rate of 1.59%.
Bank of Chongqing (01963) announced that, with the approval of the People's Bank of China, Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") will issue the 2026 Special Financial Bonds for Small and Micro Enterprises (Phase One) (hereinafter referred to as "the Bonds") which will be recorded on August 11, 2026, and fully issued on August 13, 2026. These bonds are fixed-rate bonds with a three-year term, a scale of RMB 3 billion, and a coupon rate of 1.59%.
The funds raised from these bonds, after deducting issuance costs, will be used entirely for issuing loans to small and micro enterprises, providing financial services to them. The raised funds will be prioritized for industries related to pension finance, such as resident services, medical equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, to support the development of the pension industry.
