The company also expects to have a net profit between approximately $62 million USD (equivalent to approximately $4.86 billion HKD) and approximately $67 million USD (equivalent to approximately $5.25 billion HKD) for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The expected adjusted net profit total is between approximately $70 million USD (equivalent to approximately $5.49 billion HKD) and approximately $75 million USD (equivalent to approximately $5.88 billion HKD).
HBM Holdings-B (02142) announced that it expects its revenue for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026 to be between approximately $120 million (equivalent to approximately HK$941 million) and $125 million (equivalent to approximately HK$980 million), compared to around $101 million for the same period ending June 30, 2025. The expected net profit for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026 is projected to be between about $62 million (equivalent to approximately HK$486 million) and $67 million (equivalent to approximately HK$525 million). The expected adjusted net profit total is estimated to be between $70 million (equivalent to approximately HK$549 million) and $75 million (equivalent to approximately HK$588 million).
The expected revenue growth and scale of profit are mainly attributed to: continued strategic partnerships with leading multinational pharmaceutical companies worldwide, such as long-term strategic collaborations with AstraZeneca and a global collaboration with Pfizer; licensing and partnerships for innovative products, such as the agreement reached with Solstice Oncology, as well as milestone payments triggered by the progress of past licensing projects; strong growth in the Norra Biologics antibody-related business, including revenue generated from antibody transactions and antibody discovery, such as the collaboration with Longsha.
