Pamela, the XPeng MONA L03 product experience officer, shared her experience, stating that the MONA L03 met many of her expectations for an ideal car. The massage seats provided a soft and comfortable riding experience, making it feel like home in the car. In her view, the XPeng MONA L03 breaks the inherent impression that "good-looking cars have limited performance" and is an SUV that combines both aesthetics and substance. Different countries and regions have differences in energy structure, recharging conditions, and user travel preferences. To meet the diverse demands of the global market, the XPeng MONA L03 offers two power options: pure electric and super extended range, allowing users to choose a more suitable travel method based on their own living scenarios. The pure electric version of the XPeng MONA L03 can achieve a maximum range of up to 650km with the CLTC system, with a combined energy consumption rate as low as 11.5 kWh per 100km. The super extended range version of the CLTC system for pure electric ranges up to 325km and a maximum combined range of 1380km, a combined fuel consumption rate as low as 4.96 liters per 100km in WLTC testing, ensuring an anxiety-free range. The MONA L03 embodies XPeng's "dual-energy in one car" strategy. By developing a self-designed architecture for the "super extended range", the new model not only achieves long-range pure electric mode but also brings an anxiety-free range of over a thousand kilometers and a serene pure electric-like experience. Coupled with fast charging, low energy consumption, and AI intelligent safety protection, the MONA L03 will provide users with a more secure and all-encompassing travel experience. Furthermore, safety is the core foundation for the model to enter international markets and establish a foothold globally. The XPeng MONA L03 is developed based on strict global climate, terrain, and regulations, meeting five-star safety standards in China, Europe, and Australia. The vehicle is equipped with a comprehensive tire stability system that covers complex scenarios such as single-wheel, dual-wheels, and cornering tire bursts. The driver's incapacitation assistance system can take proactive safety measures in case the driver experiences sudden illness, providing a more comprehensive safety guarantee for global users. XPeng's advanced intelligent driving is going global, with a single model bridging the gap between China and Europe. From being among the first to achieve high-speed intelligent driver assistance to being among the first to implement urban navigation assistance in over 200 cities, XPeng has always been leading the direction of intelligent driving in the industry. In March this year, XPeng's Turing AI driving system, equipped with the second-generation VLA model, was officially mass-produced and delivered to users, with the share of assisted driving mileage exceeding 50% in the first month, setting a new benchmark for assisted driving. It is worth noting that the second-generation VLA model of Turing AI driving is capable of bridging L2 assisted driving with L4 autonomous driving using a single model. The L4-level XPeng Robotaxi equipped with this model has started employee testing, marking a crucial advancement in XPeng's physical AI strategy. Recently, He Xiaopeng, CEO of XPeng Group, and Liu Xianming, head of the General Intelligence Center, completed the localization acceptance testing for XPeng's Turing AI driving system in Europe, showcasing the model's high adaptability and stability in European conditions without the need for additional data training. The model can navigate city main roads, narrow streets, and large curved bends with ease, and autonomously maneuver and yield to pedestrians. To address the complexities of European road rights and environments, XPeng's Turing AI driving system emphasizes pedestrian prioritization, traffic sign recognition, and understanding implicit traffic rules. XPeng is the first domestic company to use a single model to bridge China and Europe, accelerating mass production adaptation for the European market. Liu Xianming pointed out that autonomous driving is essentially a physical AI issue, understanding the operational laws of the real physical world and serving as the starting point for XPeng's Turing second-generation VLA model. Unlike traditional solutions that rely on high-resolution maps and preset rules, the second-generation VLA model of Turing AI is based on an understanding of the physical world, enabling the vehicle to perceive unfamiliar road conditions, interpret scene semantics, and make more flexible driving decisions like a human. By building a reinforced learning loop with the "VLA+ World Model", this system enhances the model's understanding and decision-making in the real world. The relationship between the world model and VLA is summarized by Liu Xianming as "one body, two sides", with different training signals reinforcing each other to enhance the model's understanding and action capabilities in the real world. To address the challenge of insufficient overseas training data, XPeng uses the world model to generate real, continuous, and physically compliant training data, greatly improving the model's generalizability in different countries and road environments worldwide. For the overseas market, XPeng has introduced Google Maps mapping services, creating a native in-car navigation experience that is more suited to the habits of overseas users through Auto SDK, becoming the first automotive company in the Asia-Pacific region to achieve this deep collaboration. Localized intelligent driving, multilingual intelligent cockpit, and local navigation ecosystem form XPeng's complete intelligent capabilities, aiming to deliver more suitable intelligent assisted driving systems for local road environments gradually to global users starting in 2027. Focusing on globalized research and development and operations, XPeng is accelerating the global deployment of physical AI capabilities. A product truly tailored for the global market not only needs to have competitive product offerings but also requires long-term support in research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, services, and ecosystem. Around the world, XPeng is continuously enhancing its local capabilities to support the global landing of physical AI capabilities by building a research, production, and operation system. Taking the European market as an example, XPeng adheres to the development concept of "In Europe, For Europe", continuously improving its local research, production, sales, and service capabilities. A dedicated research center has been set up in Munich to cover product development, user service, and charging ecosystem construction. XPeng is partnering with the Magna factory in Austria to advance the localization production project, with G6 and G9 already in operation ahead of schedule. Additionally, XPeng is deepening technical and supply chain collaboration with global partners such as Bosch, Continental, and ZF, and working together with over 150 dealers to expand its market presence in Europe. As a crucial market in XPeng's global development layout, the European market is continuously unlocking its growth potential. Currently, more than 60,000 European users have chosen XPeng. In May of this year, XPeng G9 ranked first in sales among Chinese brands in the mid-sized SUV segment in China, France, Denmark, Portugal, and Norway; XPeng G6 also ranked first in sales among Chinese brands in Germany, France, Denmark, Portugal, and Norway in the mid-sized SUV segment. As of now, XPeng's global cumulative sales exceed 1.2 million units, with sales networks in 65 countries and territories, covering over 1200 stores. The XPeng ultra-fast charging network spans 31 countries and regions, with access to over 2.7 million charging resources, providing a more convenient experience for global users in new energy travel. As XPeng's global layout deepens, XPeng is advancing the expansion of physical AI capabilities beyond smart cars to more physical scenarios. In line with the AI Automobile, Siasun Robot & Automation, and Flying Car directions, all three sectors share XPeng's self-developed full-stack physical AI technology base, driving the development of different smart terminals through unified AI capabilities. XPeng's humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation, developed over eight years, has continuously made breakthroughs in aspects such as ultimate human-like form, automotive-grade safety and production capabilities, and edge AI capabilities, with plans to enter global commercial scenes in 2027.
