Estun Automation (02715) plans to absorb and merge its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Estun Automation Control Technology.

Easton (02715) announced that in order to optimize the company's management structure, promote the integration of company resources, improve the efficiency of company operation and management, and reduce management costs, the company plans to absorb and merge its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Easton Automatic Control Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Easton Automatic Control"). After the completion of this merger and absorption, the legal status of Easton Automatic Control will be cancelled, and all of its business, assets, rights, and obligations will be inherited by the company.
