RUNHUA SERVICE (02455) plans to acquire Jinan Huaiyin Villa Park property for RMB 40 million.
Runhua Services (02455) announced that on June 22, 2026, the seller Shandong Dipin Tianyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the buyer Shandong Runhua Property Management Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a "Property Purchase Agreement." According to the agreement, the seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the target property for a total price of 40 million RMB (including value-added tax).
RUNHUA SERVICE (02455) announced that on June 22, 2026, the seller Shandong Diping Tianyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the buyer Shandong Runhua Property Management Co., Ltd. (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) signed a "Property Purchase Agreement". According to the agreement, the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase the target property, at a price of 40 million RMB (including VAT).
The target property is located in a unit in Huaiyin District, Jinan City, with a construction area of approximately 2,709 square meters. This project is a commercial villa park development project, located south of Yantai Road and east of Lashan River in Huaiyin District, Jinan City. The unit was developed by the seller, completed in 2018, and is currently used by the seller. The original value of the target property is approximately 23.95 million RMB.
As one of the Group's main business activities is property investment leasing services, the Group intends to further increase its investment in this business. Considering that the target property is located in Shandong Province, this acquisition will enable the Company to further expand its leasing business, explore and utilize potential business opportunities in mainland China. The Board of Directors believes that this acquisition will enable the Company to further develop its investment property leasing business, thereby enhancing the overall business image of the Group and its ability to reach a wider customer base in China. Additionally, the Company will benefit from the continued development in Jinan.
