On May 29, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange announced the data on China's international balance of goods and services trade for April 2026. In April 2026, the scale of China's international balance of goods and services trade was 5.03 trillion yuan. Among them, the export of goods and services trade was 2.719 trillion yuan, and the import was 2.3114 trillion yuan, with a surplus of 407.5 billion yuan. The main items of service trade were: the scale of travel service imports and exports was 171.5 billion yuan, other commercial services imports and exports was 152.7 billion yuan, transportation services imports and exports was 140 billion yuan, and telecommunications, computer, and information services imports and exports was 94.1 billion yuan.
In terms of US dollars, in April 2026, China's international balance of goods and services trade exports were $395.9 billion, imports were $336.5 billion, with a surplus of $59.3 billion.
