The document has not yet been officially confirmed by Iran or the United States. The contents of the draft are as follows: 1. Immediately and permanently cease all hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon. 2. The United States promises not to interfere in Iran's internal affairs and to respect the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 3. Lift the maritime blockade entirely within 30 days. 4. The United States promises to withdraw its military forces from the vicinity of Iran. 5. The Strait of Hormuz will be reopened according to Iran's arrangements within 30 days. 6. Suspend sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil, petrochemical products, and their derivatives, and allow Iran to fully use its related financial income. 7. The United States and its allies must present a comprehensive $300 billion reconstruction plan for Iran. 8. Conduct 60 days of negotiations to reach a final agreement. The agreement includes nuclear issues, the complete lifting of primary and secondary U.S. sanctions against Iran, as well as the cancellation of relevant resolutions by the United Nations Security Council and the International Atomic Energy Agency Council against Iran. 9. Iran reaffirms its commitment in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty not to manufacture nuclear weapons. 10. During the negotiation period, the United States promises not to redeploy military forces to the region or impose new sanctions. 11. During the 60-day period of the final negotiations, unfreeze $240 billion of Iran's frozen assets. Half of the funds must be provided to Iran before the start of negotiations. 12. Establish a supervision mechanism to promote the implementation of the agreement. 13. The final agreement will be confirmed through a resolution by the United Nations Security Council. 14. Before the unfreezing of half of Iran's frozen assets, the suspension of Iranian oil sanctions, and the lifting of the maritime blockade, the final negotiations will not begin. The final agreement only covers issues such as the disposal of enriched uranium, uranium enrichment activities, lifting sanctions, and Iran's economic reconstruction plan.
