Among them, the bank-customer market traded 4.36 trillion yuan (equivalent to 0.63 trillion US dollars) and the interbank market traded 20.94 trillion yuan (equivalent to 3.05 trillion US dollars); the spot market traded 9.26 trillion yuan (equivalent to 1.35 trillion US dollars) and the derivative market traded 16.04 trillion yuan (equivalent to 2.33 trillion US dollars). From January to April 2026, the total turnover of China's foreign exchange market was 101.08 trillion yuan (equivalent to 14.59 trillion US dollars).
