The company plans to publicly transfer 51% equity of Fengle Agricultural Chemicals held by Guotou Fengle through the Shanghai United Property Exchange. In accordance with the company's development strategy, in order to deepen the company's business layout and enhance the company's overall competitiveness, the company plans to delist from the Shanghai United Property Exchange and purchase the 51% equity of Fengle Agricultural Chemicals held by Guotou Fengle with cash.
