According to reports, the Hong Kong Airport Authority plans to issue bonds publicly for the only time this year to raise at least HK$15 billion. Sources said that the Hong Kong Airport Authority has hired investment banks to arrange the bond issuance, with plans to price the bonds, which include various types, as early as Tuesday (April 28th). The bonds will have maturity periods of 3 years, 5 years, and 10 years, and the funds raised will be used for debt refinancing, project investments, and meeting general corporate operating needs.
