Binhai Energy (000695.SZ) announced that the company's controlling subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Xiangfu New Energy Co., Ltd., has selected Sunyang Engineering Co., Ltd. as the general contractor for the first phase of the 200,000 tons/year lithium battery anode material integration project and supporting facilities project. The two parties signed the project general contract on March 27, 2026, with a preliminary estimated contract value (cost + fees) of 220 million yuan (including tax).

Tianjin Binhai Energy & Development (000695.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Inner Mongolia Xiangfu New Energy Co., Ltd. has selected Xuyang Engineering Co., Ltd. as the general contractor for the first-phase finished product line and supporting facilities project of the 200,000 tons/year lithium battery negative electrode material integrated project. The two parties signed the project general contracting contract on March 27, 2026, and the estimated value of the contract (including costs and fees) is 220 million yuan (including tax).
