On the same day, it was decided to establish the company's Environment, Social and Governance Committee, with the purpose of supervising and advising on the Group's environmental, social, and governance strategies, policies, performance, and related reporting matters. The initial members of the Environment, Social and Governance Committee include Ms. Du Juan, Mr. Zhang Shaoyong, Mr. Peng Pan, and Mr. Sun Li.
