China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation (02068) and its subsidiary Shenyang Institute, together with Shanghai Baoye and China 12th Metallurgical Group, have signed a "Construction Project Engineering General Contract (Joint Venture)" with Shanxi Zhaofeng.

China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation (02068) announced that on December 2, 2025, its holding subsidiary, Shenyang Aluminum-Magnesium Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenyang Institute), together with Shanghai Baoye Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Baoye), China 12th Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, hereinafter referred to as 12th Metallurgy), 7th Metallurgical Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 7th Metallurgy), and Yunnan Construction and Investment Machinery Manufacturing Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yunnan Construction and Investment Machinery) formed a consortium and won the bid for the construction of the 394,000 tons/year electrolytic aluminum project (first phase of 294,000 tons/year) of Shanxi Zhaofeng Aluminum Electric New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanxi Zhaofeng). Recently, the consortium composed of Shenyang Institute, Shanghai Baoye, 12th Metallurgy, 7th Metallurgy, and Yunnan Construction and Investment Machinery signed a "Construction Project Engineering General Contract (Consortium)" with Shanxi Zhaofeng. The contract is worth approximately 3.03 billion yuan.
