CHINA ITS (01900) subsidiary redeeming private equity fund interests

China Intelligent Traffic (01900) announced that on November 12, 2025 and December 25, 2025, Tibet Smart Aviation (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) redeemed 7.8839 million units and 2.628 million units of private equity funds respectively; and on January 23, 2026, Tibet Smart Aviation issued a redemption notice to the fund manager to redeem 5.256 million units of private equity funds.

CHINA ITS (01900) announced that on November 12, 2025 and December 25, 2025, Tibet Zhihang (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) redeemed 788.39 million units and 262.8 million units of private equity funds respectively. And on January 23, 2026, Tibet Zhihang issued a redemption notice to the fund manager to redeem 525.6 million units of private equity funds.

OKURA HOLDINGS (01655) plans to discount approximately 15.88% and sell up to 84.98 million shares, raising approximately 10.38 million Hong Kong dollars net.
