On Wednesday, USA Rare Earth (USAR.US) continued to rise by over 5% in pre-market trading, following a 15% increase over the previous two days, now trading at $20.03. In terms of news, on January 20th, USA Rare Earth announced the construction of a rare earth metals and alloys plant with an annual capacity of 3750 metric tons through its subsidiary LCM Europe in La Rochelle, France, forming a complete supply chain with the adjacent Carester oxide processing facility. The French government will provide up to 45% tax credits on equipment costs through the C3IV program, amounting to 130 million euros in real estate support, reducing project costs. This project is the first rare earth metals production platform in Europe, strengthening the company's "mine-magnet" vertical integration strategy and optimizing the rare earth supply chain for the United States and its allies.
