Chongqing Polycomp International Corporation (301526.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Xinxu Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Yunnan Yunxi Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yunnan Yunxi"), holding 10.29% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of this reduction announcement (from October 14, 2025 to January 13, 2026), reducing the number of company shares by no more than 56.5632 million shares, which is 1.5% of the total company shares.
