Phoenix Shipping (000520.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Huayuan International Land and Port Group Co., Ltd., intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 30,362,400 shares (3% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding and bulk trading within 3 months after the disclosure of the reduction plan, starting from the day of disclosure for 15 trading days.
