CHINA WACAN (01920): Zhu Qi Resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director

CHINA WACAN (01920) announced that Mr. Zhu Qi has resigned as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, effective from September 11, 2025, in order to devote more time to other work arrangements and affairs. On the same day, Professor Lin Chengguang will assume the position of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and become a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
