The commission required Shanghai Longqi to supplement the information on the actual operation of the first, second, and third categories of medical device production, the first and second categories of medical device sales, and the third category of medical device operation included in the company and its subsidiaries' business scope, whether they have obtained the corresponding qualifications, and whether they are involved in the areas listed in the "Special Management Measures for Foreign Investment Access (Negative List) (2024 version)". They also requested information on whether the operating scope of the company's subsidiaries is involved in the areas listed in the "Special Management Measures for Foreign Investment Access (Negative List) (2024 version)". On June 27th, Shanghai Longqi submitted the application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Citigroup, Haitong International, and Guotai Junan International as joint sponsors.
