Salesforce, Inc. (CRM.US) acquires AI company Regrello to enhance process automation.

The leading global customer relationship management platform Salesforce, Inc. (CRM.US) recently signed an agreement to acquire the artificial intelligence (AI) native solutions provider Regrello. The company plans to integrate Regrello's technology into its Agentforce and Slack platforms. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed. According to a statement released on Monday, the acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of Salesforce, Inc.'s 2026 fiscal year. This acquisition will not impact Salesforce, Inc.'s performance expectations for the 2026 fiscal year. The funds for the transaction will come from the company's cash reserves and will not affect the implementation of its capital return plan. Regrello's CEO, Aman Naimat, stated in the announcement: "Our goal in founding Regrello was to eliminate efficiency barriers in enterprise work. Joining Salesforce, Inc. allows us to leverage its extensive platform resources to promote intelligent process automation technology to more organizations, helping teams break away from outdated, inefficient, and costly traditional work methods and transition to agile AI-driven work methods."
