KONTA CHINA (01312): Tongfang Pharmaceuticals and Beijing Qingkong signed a construction contract in Beijing with a capital investment of approximately 33.67 million yuan.

KONTA CHINA (01312) announced that on August 18, 2025, Tongfang Pharmaceutical (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a Beijing construction contract with Beijing Qingkong. Under this agreement, Tongfang Pharmaceutical agreed to appoint Beijing Qingkong as the general contractor for the construction of the Beijing Research and Development Complex project, with an estimated contract value of approximately RMB 33,672.4 million (subject to adjustment).
