CITIC SEC (06030): CITIC SEC International provided guarantee for the issuance of $20.5 million notes by CSI MTN Limited.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC SEC International Limited (hereinafter referred to as CITIC SEC International), established the overseas medium-term note program of its affiliate company CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor) on March 29, 2022. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. In accordance with the maturity of existing notes and the actual business development needs of the company, the issuer issued three notes under the medium-term note program on August 15 and 18, 2025, with a total issuance amount of 20.5 million US dollars. Following this issuance, the principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program totals 3.279 billion US dollars.
