BAIC MOTOR (01958) plans to invest 500 million yuan to participate in the automotive industry fund.

BAIC MOTOR (01958) announced that after the close of trading on July 25, 2025, the company entered into a partnership agreement with Shenzhen Anpeng, BAIC Group, BAIC Industrial Investment, and BAIC Foton, in which the company will participate as a limited partner in the partnership enterprise and agree to invest 500 million RMB. It is reported that the partnership enterprise is Beijing Anpeng Innovation Automobile Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), a limited partnership enterprise established in accordance with Chinese law. The announcement stated that entering into the partnership agreement will help the company leverage the synergies of capital operations, deeply integrate into the BAIC Group's industrial chain ecosystem, strengthen key links in the industry chain, enhance supply chain stability and cost control capabilities; it will also benefit the company's innovation development and gain future competitive advantages; and it will also benefit the company by sharing investment returns in the industry development dividend, forming a virtuous cycle.
