CH BIOTECH SER (08037) announced that Dr. Yin Ye has been appointed as an executive director, and Dr. Zhang Xiao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, effective from July 25, 2025. On the same day, Mr. Qian Hongji resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee due to the need to devote more time to handle other business. Additionally, Mr. Lin Deming has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company in order to allocate more time to handle other matters. Ms. Feng Peixian, the Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative.
