Kyland Technology (300353.SZ) announced that, according to the company's strategic planning and business development needs, in order to better integrate the company's overseas resources, promote enterprise development, and drive overseas industrial layout, the company plans to use its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong called Dongtu Technology Hong Kong Limited (tentative name, final name subject to registration results). The amount of this overseas investment is $2 million (or equivalent in other currencies, actual investment amount subject to change).
