Shengke Communication (688702.SH) announced that, due to the shareholders' own operational management needs, the shareholder National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Industry Fund") plans to reduce its total holding of company shares by no more than 12.3 million shares through centralized bidding or block trade according to market conditions. The planned reduction in the number of shares held by the Industry Fund shall not exceed 3% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction period shall be within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of announcement.
