Harbin Xinguang Optic-Electronics Technology (688011.SH) announced that its shareholder, Harbin Institute of Technology Education Development Foundation, plans to further support the education industry of Harbin Institute of Technology due to business needs. Within 3 months after the disclosure of the share reduction plan, the Foundation plans to reduce its holding of the company's shares by no more than 1% of the total share capital through centralized bidding, with a maximum of 1 million shares, and by no more than 2% of the total share capital through block deals, with a maximum of 2 million shares.
