COCOON HOLDINGS (00428) announces that on July 22, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent. Under the agreement, the company has appointed the placing agent to use its best efforts to facilitate the subscription of up to 21.42 million shares of placing shares by subscribers, at a price of HK$0.178 per placing share. The placing price represents a discount of approximately 19.46% to the closing price of HK$0.221 per share as at the date of the placing agreement on July 22, 2025. The net proceeds from the placing, amounting to approximately HK$37 million, will be used for certain purposes.
