MEMESTRATEGY (02440) announced that due to the inability to reach an agreement with the company's auditor, Ernst & Young (EY), on audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, EY has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 22, 2025. The board of directors further announced that, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP (Deloitte) has been appointed as the company's new auditor, effective July 22, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by EY's resignation.
