IMOTIONTECH (01274) completed the issuance of a total of 15.495 million shares for sale.

IMOTIONTECH (01274) announced that all the conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on July 21, 2025. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, a total of 15.495 million shares (equivalent to approximately 6.02% of the total number of issued shares after the placement) were successfully placed by the placement agent at a placement price of HK$15.22 per share to no less than six underwriters. The directors are well aware, fully informed, and have reasonable belief that each underwriter, along with their respective ultimate beneficial owners, are independent third parties. Following the completion of the placement, it is unlikely that any of the underwriters will become a major shareholder of the company.
