HUANENG POWER (00902) Announcement: HUANENG POWER Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") has publicly issued corporate bonds to professional investors with a face value not exceeding 40 billion yuan (including 40 billion yuan), which has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC Permit No. [2025] 1335). HUANENG POWER Limited will publicly issue technology innovation renewable corporate bonds (first tranche) to professional investors in 2025, with an issuance size not exceeding 2 billion yuan (including 2 billion yuan). On July 21, 2025, the Issuer and the lead underwriter conducted a pricing inquiry for the face interest rate with professional institutional investors through private placement. Based on the results of the inquiry, after full negotiation and careful consideration, the Issuer and the lead underwriter finally determined the face interest rate for the current bonds (bond name: 25HPI1YK, code: 243363) as 2.15%. The Issuer will conduct the private placement to professional investors at the above-mentioned face interest rate on July 22, 2025.
