At the time of submission, CICC, Citic Securities International, CICC International, and UBS Group were the joint sponsors.
Gollam Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Gollam Electronics) submitted its Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO) prospectus on January 20, 2025, valid for 6 months, which expired on July 20, 2025. At the time of submission, CICC, China Securities Co., Ltd. International, CMB International, and UBS Group were the joint sponsors.
According to the prospectus, Gollam Electronics is a leading global provider of intelligent sensor interaction solutions. With a strong one-stop intelligent sensor interaction platform at its core, the company is committed to working with global partners to drive the next generation of smart sensor interactions.
