The company has established stable cooperation with global Tier1 automotive component suppliers such as mainland automobile, Faurecia, Bosch, Vampol, and well-known new energy vehicle manufacturers such as Tesla. The company focuses on automotive electronic PCBs, and its main competitors in the field of automotive electronic PCBs include companies such as Shennan Circuits, Shenzhen Kinwong Electronic, Wus Printed Circuit, Victory Giant Technology, Aoshikang Technology, Olympic Circuit Technology, Guangdong Ellington Electronics Technology, and Bomin Electronics, which have strong financial and R&D capabilities. According to the "24th (2024) China Electronic Circuit Industry Major Enterprise Revenue Ranking" published by CPCA, the company ranks 23rd among comprehensive PCB companies. According to the report of NTI (N.T. Information LTD.), in 2023, the company was one of the top ten automotive electronic PCB suppliers globally and one of the top five automotive electronic PCB suppliers in China. In the future, downstream applications of PCBs in industries such as new energy vehicles and cloud computing are expected to thrive, driving the continuous growth of PCB demand. The funds raised in this issuance will be invested in the following projects: Financially, in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024, the company's operating income was 3.514 billion yuan, 3.656 billion yuan, and 4.124 billion yuan respectively; during the same period, the company achieved net profits of 141 million yuan, 266 million yuan, and 276 million yuan respectively.
