HK ENT INTL (08291) announced that on April 28, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a subscription letter and conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 9.38 million shares of Luxio (01327) shares at a subscription price of HK$0.15 per share, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the subscription letter.
Prior to completion, the company is an existing shareholder of LUXXU GROUP, holding approximately 0.9% of its issued shares. Given the recent market price of Luxio shares, the Group believes that this subscription opportunity is a valuable opportunity to increase its stake in LUXXU GROUP at an attractive valuation. In addition, the Board of Directors believes that the subscription can also provide the Group with a valuable opportunity to enter the high-profit luxury goods segment, including strategic cooperation in areas such as high-quality packaging solutions that can create synergies between the company and LUXXU GROUP.
