SOUNDWILL HOLD (00878) announced that due to the privatization plan not being approved by the planned shareholders at the court meeting, (i) the proposal has been deemed ineffective and will not be implemented; (ii) the plan will not be binding or effective; (iii) the listing status of the shares on the Stock Exchange will not be revoked; and (iv) the company will not suspend the transfer and registration of shares from May 30, 2025 (Friday) to determine the rights and entitlement to special dividends under the plan.
